Privacy Policy

The short version: Lil Colors does not collect any personal data from you or your child. There are no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything your child creates stays on your device.

This Privacy Policy explains how Lil Colors (“the App”, “we”, “us”), an app published by the Tiny Serious Team, handles information. Lil Colors is designed for children and built to be safe, simple, and private by default.

1. Information we collect

None. Lil Colors does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you or your child. We do not ask you to create an account, sign in, or provide any name, email address, phone number, photo, location, or other identifying details to use the App.

2. Your child's creations

Artwork your child colors or draws is saved locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your library and artwork may sync privately through your own Apple iCloud account so it is available across your devices. We never receive, access, or store this content on our servers — we don't operate servers that hold your content at all.

3. No tracking or analytics

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or device fingerprinting. The App does not build a profile of your child and does not show advertisements.

4. Purchases

Some books and an “Unlock All” option are available as purchases. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store using your Apple ID. We never see or receive your payment details. Purchases are protected behind a grown-up lock (a simple math challenge) to help prevent accidental buying by children. Apple's handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

5. Children's privacy

Lil Colors is intended for children and complies with applicable children's privacy laws, including the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU/UK GDPR. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, there is no children's data for us to use, share, or disclose.

6. Third parties

We do not share data with third parties because we do not collect any. The only third party involved in your use of the App is Apple, which provides the App Store, in-app purchases, and (optionally) iCloud sync at your direction.

7. Links to other sites

The App and this website may contain links to external pages, such as our studio website or support email. Those destinations are governed by their own policies; this Privacy Policy applies only to Lil Colors.

8. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how the App handles information, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Because our approach is to collect nothing, any future change that would involve collecting data would be described here clearly before it takes effect.
